Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied with the quality of the products you order through Easy Assembly Co. 

All products on this site are personalized and made specifically for each order. Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. 

Replacing damaged or defective product

  1. If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving the item.
  2. Include your order information.
  3. Include a clear image of the damaged item. 
  4. If our quality assurance team validates your claim, we won't ask you to ship the defective item back; instead, we will be happy to send a complimentary replacement item to you as quickly as possible.

Colour Consistency

The products, when printed, may vary from the content as displayed on-screen, such as due to how computers display colours. Such deviation between on-screen content and physical products that are not due to printing errors shall not be deemed a defect.

Our suppliers use the same print machines, paper types, and work processes as their print partners to minimize colour variations. However, printing is a chemical process and 100% consistency cannot be achieved. Multiple factors influence the colour, consistency, and final result, including:

  • Machine type
  • Machine settings
  • Paper types
  • Humidity in the room
  • When the machine was last cleaned

Colour variations that may occur due to the above-mentioned reasons lie within acceptable tolerance levels and are not covered under our supplier quality guarantee.

All garments listed on this site include a manufacturer's size chart, colour image, and product description to guide your purchase decisions prior to placing an order.

Where relevant, physical products listed on this site include manufacturer's specifications such as width, length, height and weight, a colour image, and product description to guide your purchase decisions prior to placing an order.
